Adding Card Meanings
One of All Night Tarot’s core features is the ability to create custom card meanings. This lets you build your library with everything/only what you find interesting.
How to Add a Card Meaning
- Go to Cards – Click on “Reference” in the navigation, then select “Cards”
- Find Your Card – You can search by card name or filter by suit (Major Arcana, Cups, Wands, Swords, Pentacles).
- Click on the Card – Click on the card image or name to open the card details page
- Click “ADD INTERPRETATION” – Click the blue “ADD INTERPRETATION” button in the top right
- Fill in the Form – A form will open up with these fields:
- Source: Select where this interpretation comes from (your own, published books, etc.)
- Meaning: What you/your source have/has t osay about this card. The editor supports bold, italic, lists, etc. It does not allow you to include images.
- Reversed?: Check this if your interpretation applies to the reversed/upside-down orientation of the card. Leave unchecked for upright meanings.
- Draft?: Check this to save it as a draft before finalizing. Bear in mind that people viewing the reading won’t see anything marked as a draft.
- Save – Click “SAVE” to add your interpretation
