When you see a “Draft” label on a card meaning, interpretation, or reading, it means that content is still in progress and not finalized. Here’s what you need to know:
What Draft Means
A draft status indicates that an interpretation or meaning:
- Is not yet finalized – You’re still thinking through it
- Won’t be shown to querents – If you share a reading, any draft interpretations won’t appear
- Is visible only to you – Only you can see draft content
You can edit interpretations any time you want, whether they’re marked as drafts or not. The draft checkbox is just a way of saying “Don’t show this to anybody else; remind me to come back to it.”
Where You’ll See Drafts
Card Meanings (Draft Interpretations)
When viewing a card’s details, meanings marked as “Draft” appear with a special indicator. These won’t show to anyone viewing your shared readings.
Readings (Draft Readings)
Readings you haven’t completed yet show as drafts. You can save work-in-progress readings and come back to finish them later.
How to Finalize a Draft
- For Card Meanings: Edit the meaning and uncheck the “Draft?” checkbox, then save
- For Readings: Complete your work and click “Mark as Completed” instead of “Save as Draft”
